Chad McCarty, Chief Executive Officer is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in supply chain management. He began his career at General Motors in 1990, ultimately overseeing large-scale operations and teams, including 320 UAW members and 27 salaried employees at Powertrain Flint. Chad McCarty, Chief Executive Officer is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in supply chain management. He began his career at General Motors in 1990, ultimately overseeing large-scale operations and teams, including 320 UAW members and 27 salaried employees at Powertrain Flint. His leadership roles spanned several key GM divisions, including Lake Orion Assembly, Detroit-Hamtramck, and North America Field Operations.
After retiring from GM in 2019, Chad launched R1 Consulting and R2 Property Ventures in 2024, providing off-site parking solutions designed to alleviate logistics constraints for automotive manufacturers. In addition to his consulting ventures, Chad and his wife, Kristine, own seven Keller Williams franchises and Michigan Moves Title Company, supporting more than 300 REALTORS® and a team of over 17 staff members.
A proud family man, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and grandson, sharing both his professional drive and his love for life with those closest to him.
As Chief Operating Officer, Tracy Lanphear serves as the central link between leadership, partners, and internal operations at MA Solutions. Working closely alongside CEO Chad McCarty, she manages executive communications, oversees all inquiries coming through the company’s website, and ensures smooth coordination across departments.

Troy earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in Accountancy from Walsh College. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Michigan.
When he is not helping business owners gain time away from their business, he spends his free time traveling, finding new breweries, and cooking with his wife and two kids.

David helps business clients navigate the intricacies of corporate matters, contracts, litigation and trials, labor and employment disputes, enforcement and defense of non-competition agreements, real estate transactions, liquor license and regulatory matters, administrative hearings, appeals, and merger and acquisition transactions. Having served for more than 13 years as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer for a private healthcare and insurance company that had a unionized work force, David has developed a deep understanding of not only the law, but also the practical business context in which the law is applied. This experience allows David to help craft effective solutions to problems business owners face that are both legally compliant and advantageous for business.
David has been selected as a Super Lawyer by his peers in environmental law.
David practiced at a large, national firm before going in-house with a private health care and insurance company as General Counsel. David joined Myers and Myers in 2025.
